After seeing collections sold with unused spare cylinders I realized it's best to stick with one and leave your gun sighted in for it. Unless you just want to collect cylinders. Just an observation.
I have a Buckeye convertible like yours. I have toyed with getting Ruger to fit another .32 H&R cylinder and then hane the new cylinder reamed to .327 Federal.
No idea if Ruger would do it, and if they did they would probably roll-mark it .32 H&R like the original.
There is an aftermarket supplier of cylinders. I have one in .17 HM2 for my .17 HMR Single -Six. That might be an idea.
Yes,, there are a few custom gunsmiths who do make spare cylinders for Ruger SA handguns. You'd have to contact different ones to see what they can do, when they could do it & how much it'd cost.
Ruger won't do it.

Thanks for all your replies, I do want to keep the original cylinders stock I really like shooting and reloading both and would like the 327 as a trifecta. I reached out to Al Story at Borchardt Rifle but they only do 22 and 44-40. $600 to do it would probably deter me. that's all most double what I paid for the pistol. I'll keep looking...... thanks again to everyone
