Looking for some input from everyone.

Discovered a 32 mag single six for sale at a LGS today. 4 &5/8" barrel, very faint turn line. Adjustable sights. Has the original box and all the paper, cards, plastic, etc, that apparently came with it. S/N 650-186xx. (1986 manufacture?) Consignment sale. They (the owner) claim it is unfired- looks to me like that could be true. No other marks on it anywhere.

They are asking $495 + tax.

Good price? Try to negotiate, or grab it quick before it's gone?

As usual, thanks-

Dave

New, with all the papers, etc., seems like a fair price. I'm not a collector per se so the extras don't mean as much to me. The last 32 Single Six I got was similar to what you describe here and I think I paid $425 or $450 for it, but that was a couple years ago.

Check out Gunbroker #319975670. Same thing just sold for $525 + $30 SHI. Your LGS price is better. For some reason that particular variation is hard to find. Be advised, unless you reload, the .32 Mag is VERY expensive to shoot. Ammo selection is limited, hard to find and costly.

Harder package to find and IMO a very fair price for a Gun & Caliber that will bite you hard. You will need to handload to really enjoy the full potential.
My advise, Strike while the irons hot, and Merry Christmas to yourself.... :D
A few of my .32's
