Just wondering what the scoop is on the .32 H&R Mag Single Six SSM-4F-S-I . Fixed sight, Case Color, 4 5/8, and Ivory like grips. I tried a search and didn't come with anything on the subject. Rare (how many)? Worth? For what is worth I just picked one up at a gunshow NIB. Part of a guys estate and he never shot it.... The date on the cartridge packet says 10/05/2001. Wasn't even a turn line. There is a start of one now as I tested function.... Locks up good, front sight is on straight. Looks and feels good. Now in the next few months get the 'fixings' to start reloading the caliber....

we've had quite a few of them over the years, both stainless and the blue/case color (faux) and remember that the grips on these guns is SHORTER than the standard Single Six grips, tough to find replacement or aftermarket ones for these guns.............were popular when they first came out ,by the lady CAS or for cross draw on horseback...last few we had were tough sells, both due to size as well as caliber...still it is a really NICE gun. :wink:

There were quite a few of the SSM4FSI made when they came out...they kind of flooded the market at the time along with the stainless counterpart. The idea for the short grip frame was for women shooters, namely in cowboy action shooting.
