There's another thing going on here...
In spite of the specific nuances of this particular revolver, it's interesting that the KNR4, probably the most popular NM Single Six, has never been a catalogued item, but a distributor exclusive, released in batches without fanfare or warning.

Same reason there were no 4 5/8" single sixes except Lightweights until about 1959. There was less waste cutting the other barrel lengths from bar stock!

Well, I've ended up with the 4, 5, and 6" arrow guns, now just need the 9". Also sourced the 6 and 9" blue star guns. So I do need that pesky 4 5/8 S4
