I just installed the Volquartsen accurizing kit and the Majestic Arms take-down tool.
I got everything back together (hammer assembly, new trigger, ect...), and put some snap caps in to test fire it. It worked fine, with very good trigger pull. Then I tried the safety... The safety turned on, pulled the trigger, and everything was OK. However, then when I flipped the safety off, the firing pin impacted the snap cap! Obviously, the gun is un-safe as is. Does anybody have any clue as to which part I messed up on? What I should look for?
It is a Mark III Bull Barrel 22/45 with standard grip (not the replaceable grips).
