1980 "Standard" Question(s)

Happy New Year, All!
This past weekend I looked at a 16- prefix Standard.
It had one magazine, like the one shown in the picture below, from page 17 of the "Standard Catalog of Ruger Firearms."
First question:
Is a 90%+ Standard from 1980 worth $250?
(one magazine, no box)

Secondly, did the Standard come with a plain, chrome baseplate on the magazine?

And, what are your thoughts on the later Standards?

yes, it would be in that range and they did come with a 'chrome' bottom, double slotted magazine, and in a one piece, fold up red/white lettered box ................

It is possible that this gun will take the yellow and black one piece box. If the Serial number is after 16-40000. They changed in 1980.
