10/22 serial numbering.

It seems that Ruger is simultaneously making guns with the 0015- and 0016- prefix. So, since they are doing that, it would make sense that Ruger may have two different manufacturing facilities now making the 10/22.
The Newport barrel rollmark has been used for quite a while now, but has anybody noticed a different address on the barrel? Mayodan?

In the Ruger 2020 catalog they show a plant in Earth City Mo. not sure what they are making there!
