Blackhawk
Put a new Jard trigger group in my 10-22 and after about 20 rounds it has started to double. What gives-anyone with some ideas? Thanks in advance.

I'm not familiar with the Jard unit. Is the sear adjustable or just the weight of the trigger pull?
I had a Savage 501F .22LR bolt pistol and the previous owner installed a Rifle Basix adjustable sear. He had it set so light that it would slamfire if the bolt was closed too fast. Simply adjusting the screw a 1/4 turn or so kept the pull light and closing the bolt safe.

Sear is bad and you need to replace it.... Unfortunately, your best and only choice probably is to take it all out and return it and try again.
You could possibly cut a deeper edge on it, but once you start filing, it's no longer the manufactures problem.
another 20 or more rounds and you might start getting triple taps or more.
