In 1966, Ruger offered a "matched set" consisting of a 10/22 and a Remington 742 "Woodmaster" semi-auto in .308 chambering. These had identical serial numbers, and were the "1967 Canadian Centennial" sets. Some engraving, nice wood with inlet commemorative medallions.
Haven't found anything on a Single-Six and 10/22 set.
Of all sets I've heard of, that isn't one of them. With luck and time, it could be put together though. I'd think the serial number range would be quite different in production between the two though.
I haven't heard of a Single-Six/10/22 set either. Matching such would be luck of the draw since there are so many 10/22's made and really not that many NM Single-Sixes by comparison.
Now there are a few collections out there that may still have a matching sn pair like that from their "subscription" collection, but would date from 1964 on the 10/22 and 1973 on the NM Single-Six.

Thanks all for the info. There's a local guy claiming to have such a set for sale. From the start I was skeptical and will be equally surprised if he actually appears for the meeting.
As suspected, the "seller" didn't show. All talk and no action. I was kinda hoping to at least see the 10/22 since I've got a WTB ad for a stainless 10/22 going. Evidently nobody wants to give up one of those.
