Ruger #1S in .300 H&H. Not the ¢abaela'$ one the regular one. Just curious what these are being valued/sold at nowadays.

There are at least four distinct issues of these. The rare late '80s? red pad version, the Boddington, the Cabelas issue and the most recent "plain Jane" black pad production. I'd guess all have somewhat different values, so you have to know which one, then look for recent sales.

As I stated initially, "the regular one". ;) Aski g here because there aren't any listed on any auction/selling sites I can find.

Last time I looked at the Lipsey's site, they actually had the 1S in .300 H&H listed there... so there must have been another small run or cleanup.

The red pad "S" sighted gun late 1980's done by Sloans' East, has great value. Of course, to those who know....... recognize, or need.....you understand the drill. Were a limited run by them, along with the 38-55 and 218 Bee. Discussed all of these at length with the Sloan's ramrod at the time, Rob Walser, a real gentleman.
