Don, Sorry to hear that. I hope he finds it. I saw No.1 AB sn 1994 on GB and thought that was it - close but....

Just got off the phone and found out the No.1 was stolen from my old friend Don. Not only that but his pu got rear ended in the blizzard while driving home to Denver. Let's keep this up at the top and hopefully the rifle will turn up. It's a sad state of affairs.....
The Roads were very bad about 100 miles east of Denver thru Avon on I-70. Sorry to here able Don.
I'm sorry someone stole from your friend. I hate thieves. I just can't see how a person could enjoy a rifle they stole.
My son and I were at the show on Sunday. I saw a couple of tables in the lower level with #1's on them. I didn't stop to visit.

It is an AH; and for those who don't recognize this terminology- a 22" A weight barrel, Alex Henry forearm and no sights.

Seems to me that it takes two thieves: one with hands and the other with a zipper case. Also possible that there is a third person who is a "distractor". Of course, a busy crowd-filled show and a resulting inability to "watch" everyone in the aisle, will provide ample opportunity for the thieves.......Just sayin' :roll:
I went to the show on Sunday. I noticed that there was a lack of attention to the tables from some of the "dealers". By Sunday afternoon I expect that the dealers are probably exhausted.
If a person picked a gun up from a table and took a couple of steps they could easily get lost in the crowd pretty fast.....still it would take a lot of nerve to steal a gun off a table.
Some of the dealers have a locked cable running through the trigger guards of their rifearms. That seems to me a real good practice.
My guess is someone knew what they were stealing. Hope it turns up.
