They've been forecasting thunderstorms here for several days now, Haven't had one anywhere near me so far. Supposedly a 70% chance later in the afternoon and tonight. Guess I;ll have to wait and see.

That’s never good no matter where you live.Just saw on the news they got a year's worth of rain in three days.

My home there is a 10 minute walk to the Guadalupe River. My youngest son has sent photos as it is passing by and predicted to grow. Our place is safe as we watch it on the news from here in north Idaho (with fire concerns). Considered worse than last years 1000 year event but, fortunately, no fatalities reported.
Relatives in Lockhart TX say there is flooding but manageable so far but disaster risk is high. My ask was to stay safe first.........then save the BBQ!
