Welcome from Sparks, NV. I guess one would say, I am primarily a Ruger man. My first was a .22 Convertible, which my oldest son now has. I gave it to him as it was a nice memory for him when I took him out shooting. I loaded it with blanks and naturally he couldn't hit any of the cans I set up. I then load up with live ammo and I aimed at a center can and cans on each side went flying, after shooting one round. Still don't know how it happened. My next firearm was a KP345 as a standard 1911 was too big and heavy for me, after carrying one a couple of decades earlier while in the AF. Then I got a Ruger LCP and a Gunsite Scout. I bought a MK III for my cousin to shoot, but he realized he didn't like shooting. An ex-girlfriend gave me her used Bearcat as a B-day present, but both my youngest son and G'daughter liked it so, I gave it to them, as I thought it was too small for my hand. Earlier this year, I missed having a .22 Convertible and was lucky enough to find one with the .22 Mag. cylinder. I have several other firearms, but they are not Rugers.
Hope you enjoy the forum, I certainly do. Good shootin' to ya and STAY SAFE!
