I have an LC9 with serial number prefix of 320. I understand there is a later prefix of 321. What changes were made in the newer prefix guns? I have had my LC9 for seven years and it has been my EDC gun. Original trigger was not so hot, but I installed a Mcarbo kit and that helped a lot. Last time out, I encountered several FTEs and light primer strikes. Cleaned striker chamber and polished the striker bands where it bears on its chamber. Hope that helps. It could be the ammunition, but it was Remington green box. I think the most important attribute of a carry gun is reliability. Unless I can correct this problem and reagain my confidence in its reliability, it will go in the safe. Any suggestions. Thanks.

I have a circa 2011 first-generation Ruger® LC9 that I thoroughly enjoy. Mine has the MagGuts® conversion to 8 rounds. The gun is very accurate, especially with 147gr ammunition.
