Did someone at Turnbull actually tell you that?
I don't think that's true and I don't think Turnbull or Ruger wants that rumor spread.
What about Turnbull's other case hardened guns, are they an inferior finish too?
How would a person with a Turnbull gun know if they have a true case hardened finish or
the cheaper "Ruger" finish on their custom gun?
This is not good.
