Altamont upgrade grips, Chigs panel, One Big Hole rear sight.
Nice looking grips! Are these Altamont grips thinner than the comparable Ruger grips?Altamont upgrade grips, Chigs panel, One Big Hole rear sight.

Thanks. I think they may be a hair thinner, but I never really noticed. They do a good job with any round I put through it. I was happy with the Ruger rubber grips but thought the Chigs panels deserved a little something extra. I never had any desire to fill my hand more with Hogues.Nice looking grips! How do you like that rear sight? Does it work well enough to get decent groups at 50 yards? My eyes these days get tired really quick with open sights.Altamont upgrade grips, Chigs panel, One Big Hole rear sight.

I believe they fit all Blackhawks, Redhawks and GP100s. They're a little tricky to get in, but if I did it, anyone can. I think the spring is captive, if I recall right.I really like that idea. I may have to get a set for my Redhawk.
Thank you for posting pictures.
Is it easy to install or are there springs that are going to go flying never to be seen again?
