Compressed air for cleaning

You can use the output side of a shop vacum too. For bigger jobs, like drying a motorcycle or car after washing, use the leaf blower.

Blowing out firearms with compressed air has been one of this gunsmith's best "friends" over the years! Why I say? Personally, I have never used compressed air to blow out a firearm in 45 + years of gunsmithing. However, a lot of my customers did, and brought their guns to me for repair for missing springs, plungers, and various other sundry parts that got blown into "oblivion". Also, gunk that got blown into crevices to retard proper parts movement. I have cleaned thousands of guns over the years just fine without compressed air, but if you like compressed air for your guns, be my guest!.................Dick :roll:
