Blackhawk 44 Magnum with receipt

I picked this revolver up today from forum member rodfarva. The 44 Magnum, 22173, is like new in its original box numbered to the gun with all documents and nox-rust paper. However, the most interesting thing is the sales receipt showing the 44 was purchased (most likely) at an Air Force Exchange on March 8, 1960 for $67.75. I really enjoy finding guns with a "little history". Thanks Matt.

Very nice. Neat having the receipt. When I buy used long guns I always look under the recoil pad or but plate. Throughout the years, I have found cash, hunting licenses, and receipts.

Just guessing, but I bet it looks in better shape than you at this point.
