Aaaand, Chig’s does it again!

This Bisley Single Six started life out as .22 LR only. I placed a WTB add here and picked up the magnum cylinder from Far North Collector. Just my luck, it required a little fitting. I sent the frame to Chad to fit the Ironwood Burl grips and dropped it off to my smith yesterday to have the cylinder fitted. Here she is in all her glory

Very nice! I have a set of maple grips from Chig's on my Single Seven I converted to a Bisley. He does good work.

A gun that nice deserves a nice presentation box.... the maker could also cut a place for the spare cylinder....

The gun above was made in 1986, my son was born in 1986, This is a birthday present I'm going to give him....
