Was watching this one but it surpassed my willingness to pay where it currently is at. Looks like a real nice gun except for the stamping in the bottom of the grip frame. https://www.gunbroker.com/item/1006950261

The Stamp & SCREW are not factory, but it makes me wonder why???
I agree $900+ is a lot and to think at one time they were slow movers and could be found for cheap.

I gave $450 for mine, then made it mine,,, they are shooters. all are 32's.

I scrolled the pictures, and they threw in a picture of a different front sight. Obviously not the one for the gun listed.

I questioned the seller about that and someone bid on the gun right away so he couldn't remove the picture. It was for another gun he had for sale.

The screw and stamping on the butt are also from another gun, probably a Colt. You can zoom in on that pic and see the SN in front of the grip frame matches the stamp. Also there is another pic of the actual butt on the Ruger with no stamp/screw.

Colt, Pietta... one of those off-brands. They're all the same, right?
