There's some extra dollars shown in that one little photo.
The crown is a target crown, one that doesn't allow the end of the rifling to get dinged. I call it the "poor man's" version; it's easier/faster to turn on a lathe than the usual professional counter-bored target crown and it looks poor. I would mitigate the radical funnel look by re-turning the muzzle. Even if I had to turn off a little of the sight/base front surface in the process to retain proper proportional spacing.
Plus the front sight blade is customized; either a whole after market sight and base or milled with set screw for the blade for quick and easy changeability. Then add in re-bluing the barrel (or entire gun).
