Just picked up a Service Six with a 2.75" barrel. Looking for an IWB holster, preferably leather, to carry it around in.

I'm sure a number of you are toting your speed, security and service sixes so I'm wondering who still is making holsters for them.

Thanks in advance for your responses.

Check out Simply Rugged sourdough holsters. I'm pretty sure you can get IWB loops and I know you can get one to fit a Service Six. Great holster for the money.

To stay away from unnecessary bulk and to have top shelf craftsmanship, look at a Barranti IWB.

Out of business now I think but you might keep an eye out for a AKJ Concealco (assuming someone will let theirs go). Mine works very well with my SpeedSix.

I had Blade-Tech make me one of their kydex IWBs for my 4" Security Six some years ago; it's performed beautifully for carry and IDPA. My finish is stainless, so I had few worries regarding finish wear from the gun clashing against the kydex during holstering and drawing.

For a blued revolver, I'd probably recommend leather or horsehide.

Best, Jon
