Both were on display at a gunshop. I took them both apart new. They both had oil everywhere but NO grease at all. Have they gone away from using grease?
I have a new P345 and LCP. I took them out of the box to clean them and when I took them apart noticed the were not greased from Ruger. My P89 from Ruger had grease on the slide. Has something changed? What are you guys doing and using to lubricate the slide/parts of semi-auto pistols. If you...
Is it safe, on me AND the gun, to shoot +P ammo? Does this type ammo take its toll on the pistol in the longrun or will it handle the +P without problem? Thanks.
I bought the gun guys. I couldnt pass it up. It was brand new in the box. He was a collector and claimed he doesnt shoot his guys but just enjoys collecting them. There was a gun show here yesterday and the cheapest I found one was $480 plus tax making it over $500. I gave $400 and got the...
Can someone please explain, pictures would be great, how to do this on the p345. Does the cause ANY relibility issues with this weapon once done? Thanks.

I am looking at buying one of these guns. I found a new in the box "2006" model. It looks really nice but I was concerned about it being a 2006. Did this gun have any KNOWN problems since it has been made? Is there anything I should look out for? The gun is brand new, would you buy it or a 2010...
I sent a message to Ruger and they replyed today saying to call customer service tomorrow. They must know of a problem with these guns. I agree, you should not have to worry with a new gun.
#374-1 are the 1st five numbers. The pack that comes with a test fired bullet has a date of 5/13/2010 on it. I have tried several different types of ammo. All have done the same.
I just bought a new LCP last week. I really like the gun to keep in my pocket but it will not chamber a bullet. When I pull the slide back and let go it just dead-heads the bullet and sticks. I can push the back of the slide and the bullet will then go in. When I fire that round the next round...
