He wants $400 for it with a couple boxes of unopened Federal Dura-Shox. I appears to not have even been out of the box except to possibly look at the pistol. A collector has it and is selling off some of what he has. How can you tell if its been dry fired in that way?

I sent a message to Ruger and they replyed today saying to call customer service tomorrow. They must know of a problem with these guns. I agree, you should not have to worry with a new gun.

#374-1 are the 1st five numbers. The pack that comes with a test fired bullet has a date of 5/13/2010 on it. I have tried several different types of ammo. All have done the same.
