Magazine disconnect removal on the p345 HELP

Can someone please explain, pictures would be great, how to do this on the p345. Does the cause ANY relibility issues with this weapon once done? Thanks.

First, I'll say this: I'm not necessarily a fan of safety gizmos, but I am not necessarily in favor of removing them either, for several reasons.

Also it was called "cleaning the rear sight" back when it was a new concern.

Search "cleaning AND rear AND sight" and you'll find lots of discussions.
