I though I might get a better response here than if I placed this under hunting. Any of you guys ever antelope hunt in unit 103 in Wyoming? Would appreciate any help.

We hunted a ranch out of Wheatland=don't know the area. My brother and his buddy both got bucks. I got shots but no kill (I dropped my tack-driver 25-06 and had to use my 300 mag)

Is there a particular reason you are interested in area 103? I only ask because that area of the state has quite a bit of private land. Some of those folks are good about letting people hunt and some are not. If you are hunting on a ranch you might be limited to hunting only the antelope that are on that ranch. If you are doing a DIY hunt from out of state I would highly recommend applying for a tag in the central or western part of the state. There are more animals, more public land, and better genetics. Just my two cents.

Hunting antelope is my favorite thing, if I can help you with anything please send me a pm.

I apply to hunt Deer and Antelope in Wyoming every year. Between the 2 I draw 1 of them every 3 years or so. I apply in high public ground areas, easy to do in Wyoming. Find an area with lots of public ground and when you get a tag you will have a great hunt and more than likely bring home some meat.
