I have a pair of XR3-Red grips that are in super shape, that look like they have double neck feathers. As most of the RF folks know all of my Rugers have custom grips from our various grips makers. Was wondering just what makes these style grips with the neck feathers so special.

JP, I am trying to put the correct time period grips on a Blackhawk that was shipped in 1967 that I recently bought. They were only used for a few years .

I have several sets of OMBH grips that I have replaced with grips by Cary C. Will look this weekend and let you know if I have any with black eagles with neck feathers.
