Anyone have a Contender they might part with?I'm looking for a 30-30 with 14" bbl but i might consider other calibers for deer,hogs. Thanks Paul
 
I have a blued and a stainless frame that I could let go , I would have to look at what I have for barrels but might have something that would work , I will PM you tomorrow with what I have

Can't help you w/a frame but I have an AA Super 14 in 30-30 that has been "unmodified" w/a Redfield base and 3 ring setup if interested. Also have a blued Super 14 in 44 mag that I might be talked out of...
 
I don't want to sell my Contender, but have you considered a 7-30 Waters? There are a couple on gunbroker at very reasonable prices, and that caliber would seem to be a good fit for your intended purpose.
