I had the same dilemma, someone gave me an old TC Hawkins Hunter with a rusty
barrel and the nipple was frozen in place. I called TC now in Springfield Ma. they told
me to ship it to them and I did. Came back with lapped barrel and now it's a great
shooter. All it had to pay was shipping to them. Give them a call. ps
