WTB Savage 99

My dad is in pretty bad health and has always wanted a Savage 99 in .308. Not sure if he will ever even be able to fire it, but would like to find him one. Not looking for a high dollar, perfect safe queen. Just a fairly clean "shooter"

Have an early 50s EG in 300savage. Has been gone thorough by Doug Wells(see 2009 Gun Digest). It has a period Weaver in Redfield mt. Would do $800/shipped. Randall

Still looking. Had several replies on rifles in .300 Savage, but he wants a .308. And like I said, just a "shooter" nothing perfect or fancy
