WTB S&W Heavy Duty converted to 45 colt/44 special

I am looking for a s&w heavy duty that has been converted to 45 colt or 44 special. Looking for a 4 inch barrel and prefer long action if possible. Let me know if you have one to sell.

Different internals guys. Changed about WWII time.

Long action was very smooth DA but used the same sear surface to release for double action and for single action. So, the single action trigger pull would wear and change if you shot a lot of DA with it. Still a good smooth action and some feel it was superior to the new short action that uses different surfaces for SA and DA.

Just a bit of S&W trivia there...
