Have one that is beat up some and wondered if anyone has one laying around. Brownells sells them for 18 so....

Does your gun have the hump underneath or not. That's important when seeking a replacement.

The new ones are all steel and don't get nicked up as easily as the alloy ones. Plus you can touch up with cold blue if they do.

Is this the one from Brownells you're looking at?

I've never had one apart or anything before so not sure if it has a hump or not?? SN: is in the 173-07xxx range. If that helps? Yes the Brownells unit is what I was thinking would be cool. With the Ruger logo. The one on there is aluminum I think without a logo.

Just EXACTLY where have you EVER seen a RUGER rear sight that was ALL STEEL??

I looked and do not have a full rear sight. I do have an insert that has the white outline. If you need that just let me know.
