BRNO Model 2 Rear Sight

Hi, All -

I am searching for a rear sight for a BRNO Model 2.

I have a (newly acquired) BRNO Model 2 that is missing its rear sight leaf assembly. The base is intact on the barrel.

It appears to have the same dimensions as the CZ 452 rear sight (rough estimate).

Is there a source for a replacement?

Will a 452 rear sight leaf assembly fit?

Is the 457 sight the same as the 452?

Numrich seems to have all the relevant parts for a 452 except the "leaf."

I think the #2/452/455/457 are all the same. I also thought I remembered a big spring being underneath when I took mine off.

CZ has some of the parts, but the complete setup is out of stock right now on their site. You'd have to get the spring, slider, blade, and windage screws in addition to the main piece.

There's a CZ group on rimfirecentral.com that would know aaaaaaaaall of the details, and you might find the complete assembly for sale there too if you ask!

Thank you for the guidance - I have also posted this on RFC.

The CZ-USA parts folks were very helpful on the telephone, and I've ordered a 455 sight "upgrade" kit.

There may be some differences, but it's currently the best bet.

Still hoping someone has an un-needed rear sight assembly...
