WTB: Factory muzzle brake for Mark l .22lr semi auto

Lots of patience to you in your search. There are a few out there and one may be for you. Good luck, especially in locating the box, too! The brakes are like brass grip frames. Sold for not much money when a catalogue item, but look at the prices now!

Regards

You're looking for something like this ? I picked up this pistol last year.

Yes Ty I could but to break a full case is hard to do. I did make the guy price for one he can take it or leave it. I really don't care. I will see you next week and we need to hit the buffet.

word of caution, there was a guy some years back, a machinist who used to work on old bombers for the 'confederate air force", he made reproduction muzzle breaks, as well as there were boxes that were reproduced at one time ..( those came from the midwest......) 8)

the muzzlebreaks, the wording was "cut" ( pantograph? <NOT rollmarked like the factory ones),,,and the boxes were slightly off color, a bit darker than the original ones........ :(

I came by one of the MkI with the brake a year or so ago. It has 3 mags and is in expected condition for its age ( bluing loss) . I have not fired it as I am no longer able to get out to shoot. Any general guess of its value? I would like to list it for sale here. I would gladly send photos to an e-mail, but without PhotoBucket, I am no longer able to post them here, Thanks Jim
