Blued .44 mag Blackhawks are among the most common "used" guns for sale in my area. Should not be hard to find one.

Well, since I said something, I checked the TexasGuntrader website, and only found two Superblackhawks for sale - both with 10.5" barrels. One is in Dallas (817/395-2548) for $600, another in Houston that is scoped, for $700.

Did see one with a 7.5" barrel listed in Bridge City at Rays Pawn Shop (409/735-4622). I think that one has an asking price of $400.

Today, lots of .44 mag Redhawks!

I have an 7.5 inch OMSBH, rebarreled and reblued by Ruger, with original lockwork + Reeder trigger job/crown, Belt Mtn base pin and latch, probably 95%. New factory conversion lockwork available. Prefer a trade for Redhawk/Super Redhawk 44mag or 45 Colt or Alaskan in 44mag or 454 vs sale, but we can discuss options.

got three old model Super Blackhawks here, all three 80 prefix guns one from 1970,then 71 and finally 72) one in the box, 7 1/2 inch; a nicer one , 7 1/2 inch,no box, and an early 80 prefix one the barrel is cut down to 5 1/4 inch ( legal for hunting deer here in Ohio), sadly the guy who owned them passed away before he could use it......send me an e-mail and I can send you pictures, photobucket is all screwed up here right now for us.......... :(
