I wasn't wondering why it wasn't chambered in 3" just why I have the only 30" mod choke 1100 on the internet, especially with a "TRAP" marked receiver.
Well I went ahead and spent too much to get a 26" improved barrel with a vent rib. SKEET marked barrels are 25-1/2" and about $350 shipped when you can find one so I saved a little bit with the improved cylinder fixed choke barrel. So now I own an 1100 with two barrels for less than the price of a new wood-stocked Mossberg pump. I shot it Thanksgiving.
