Who makes the Best pocket holster for the LCR 357 ?

I am currently on that hunt myself... I got a size 3 blackhawk pocket holster and it was fine, trigger gaurd didnt fit.. i took it back and ordered size 4 from ruger website...

I really didnt want to spend big bucks on a pocket holster right yet... The blackhawk worked fine and stayed in the pocket everytime gun was drawn.. its a little bit thicker than id like, so until i can research and find a thinner holster ill stick with it.

That depends on the pocket. The size 3 Blackhawk works great for either my 442 or LCR in my inside coat pocket.

I prefer the Desantis Nemesis to the blackhawk models. It releases more consistently and stabilizes the gun better b/c it's wider at the bottom.

The nemesis will be the next on the list if i go another route...

Have you tried both? If so which one is thinner and less bulky in the pocket?

ROO Jr.

I just picked up one that I like way better than my Nemisis so far.

Tuff Products, the company that makes all the Quick Strips has a pocket holster called a Roo Jr. The Size 10 fits the LCR.

The Roo Jr is made of a material that is slick on the inside and sorta tacky/grippy on the outside. BIG IMPROVMENT it is stiff enough that it stays open, so you can reholster without taking the pocket holster out.
Price $19.99
Also Made in USA

Get a few Quick Strips when you order from them. $8.49 a Pair
Note: The Orange color ones are easy to find on the ground when practicing reloads with them.
The Model 1022 is a 22 LR Quick Strip. When used for an LCR 22 I put my shells in it in pairs for cylinder clearance. It will only hold 7 rounds when loaded with a space empty between pairs, but you can speed load in this manner with it.

I also picked up a Quick Strip Pouch in Coyote Brown my last order. I got the Size 2 (Medium) It will hold a pair of 7 round 38/357 Quick Strips. The Size 1 (Small) will work for 5 round, and possibly 6 round 38/357 Quick Strips. I plan to start using it when I belt carry my 638, LCR 22, LCR 357, 2-1/2" 66, and 4" 64. Made in USA
Price $19.99

The list price includes shipping. :D
