The forearm screw on one of my Model 70's keeps shooting loose. What glue would you gentlemen recommend to fix it? Thanks in advance.

Vc3 from vibratite. It’s like loctite but you only apply it one time let it dry before reassembly then it is good through multiple on off cycles.

I have Vibratite here at work. What amazes me is the ingredient list.

"Unknown".

They don't know what they made it of?
If you REALLY want to know what's in it, you can find out which of the ingredients might be dangerous, at least. They should have, on their website, a section called "SDS". This is a government-required publication which lists all the (mostly) hazardous ingredients. If that section does not appear, email them, explaining you want to see it, period. If they fail to divulge they are in deep doodoo. Some makers get really open and list every ingredient, no matter what, while others are a little cagey.

They told us at work. That the msds sheets no longer have to be kept in the big book because the law changed. They are now sds sheets and are available on line.

Purple Permatex or purple Loctite is even less aggressive than blue and resists vibration. It is also repositionable after drying.
