Which drill is this?

I'm not educated on Ruger drills .... different models .... time period when they were made .... rarity, etc.

This one seems WELL worn but it's the only one I've ever seen in person. Let me know what you think please.

That is a 1st year 1st variation pistol grip hand drill, note the tapered wedge to hold the gearhead on the grip frame. The second variation has a
"dimple pressed into the grip frame. The handle knob is the spun aluminum variation vs wood, and the address is on both the crank handle and the shaft.
