I have a couple of Vaqueros in 44-40 that I would like to get slicked up for SASS... Any ideas on where I should be sending them to??? Also, if I remember correctly, the cylinder bores and barrel need slugged on these guns (they are NIB)...

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Bob Munden, Clements, Bowen, Harton, Gallagher, Linebaughs, etc. Just see who has the best package for the best price and go with it. Munden has pretty fair prices, but you don't hear much about his work compared to the others.

I have a New Vaquero .45 LC that was done by Jimmy Spurs at Cowboy Gun Works in Derby NH. I bought it used and already done. When I picked up this gun the first time I was blown away by how great it felt and bought it on the spot. It is the best shooting gun I have and I can't say enough about it.

Here is his web site: http://cowboygunworks.com/
