Since the soon to arrive Charter Arms 9mm revolver that does not require moonclips disappeared from the face of the earth about 18 months ago perhaps Ruger bought the manufacturing rights. That one ought to be good for a recall or two.

BTW I love my LCR (38 spc), p345 (45 ACP), SP101 (9mm) and Speed Six (9mm).

The LCP 7+1, is ( you've guessed it! ), designed to carry one more round, and offer a better grip.

This is achieved with a deeper “Hammer Spring Seat” (equivalent of one extra round), for the LCP, which will be produced/offered in conjunction with one-round-longer magazine . . . with the magazine itself featuring a magazine floor-plate “boot” to match/co-ordinate/integrate with the deeper “Hammer Spring Seat” (current part number SC02400).
