What's a brass GF going for?

I've got this old gun-------
and I was thinking of pulling the xr3-red alloy frame and finding a decent "shooter grade" brass frame to dress it up a bit. So what would one go for, not collector grade or 'pristine' but servicable without major dings or damage?
And I assume the dragoon style GF will fit the BKH-34 without major reworking?
What different style hammers will work?
got any pictures-- I'm just thinking of where I want to go with this-- you know how it is.

I don't think I've seen a genuine Ruger brass grip frame go for less than $300 for over a year now.

You'd really like to have an OM SBH wide trigger to go with it ($$$) and a matching OM SBH hammer would be nice ($$$) even though you'd likely have to grind off the upper tip a little to clear the rear sight.

Interesting project, but not an inexpensive one.

Yes. The Factory sold .357's with the brass grip frame.

Any/all, however one must recall that the OM .357 is on a smaller cylinder frame than are the other centerfires. The Super Blackhawk hammer may fit just fine or it may, as Ale pointed out, need a little shortening.....now, finding one may end up being a chore.

Pictures of what? The grip frame? Or one installed on a short .357?

The brass grip frames are getting more and more difficult to find......
