Great Grandfathers double barrel. I load pyrodex shells for it.
My grandpa had a Stevens Favorite that ended up with my uncle in 1984. My uncle sent it to my brother in 2023 but my brother hadn't picked it up from the FFL dealer before he was killed by a garbage truck (no loss to the earth)... I found out about it when someone who knew my brother bought something from the FFL and my brother's name was mentioned.My oldest firearm is my grandfather’s Steven’s Crackshot in .22 Long (not LR!) from the late 1890s or early 1900s.
1896 Swedish Mauser made at Oberndorf in 1900. Still an accurate rifle which I occasionally shoot.
