What a Saturday!

Not normally a fan of spectator sports, but Saturday was special to this correspondent.

First of all, Tennessee beat Florida in a football game, first time in eleven years. Florida has always been Tennessee's nemesis for many years.

And the University of Memphis (still called Memphis State by many) Tigers beat Bowling Green, 77-3! The Tigers have gone whole seasons without scoring that many points.

As I said, not normally a fan, but it seems local pride and enthusiasm is contagious!
