This morning I had to hand off some work materials to one of my employees who lives 90 miles away. Also needed to stop at my bank so I know it was after 8AM when I left home. Drove to the guy's house and dropped off the materials and took a different route on the return since part of the road I'd used to get to his house was terrible. I stopped for gas at the first bigger town on the return and noticed they had chicken tenders and tater wedges cooking for their grab and go lunch area. Looked and smelled good and it seemed like it had been a long time since breakfast so I bought a 3&3 pack and pulled into the public parking lot at the edge of town to eat. Took my time, watched the traffic, listened to the weather forecast, and when I was finished, I looked at the clock in the dash. That can't be right so looked at my phone. Two for two said it was only 10:45 although it seemed it should be nearly noon.
Could be because at 11PM last night I was outside on a ladder with a flashlight cleaning out the rain gutters(does anyone think about cleaning gutters BEFORE it's raining hard?) followed by Grouch Attack waking me @4AM while making her "going to work" cup of coffee.
