I seek a rifled 12 gauge barrel blank. A barrel rather than barrel blank should be okay if the chamber's outside diameter - that is, forward of any cut-out for a locking bolt for barrel-to-receiver lock - is 1.150 inches or larger. Break-open, bolt action, and slide action barrels might be satisfactory. Barrels from semiautomatics and double guns will not be satisfactory. The most trouble free item will be a barrel blank.

I'll make a cash transaction, or some sort of trade, if preferred.

How about a T/C Encore rifled shotgun barrel?
I don't know what the breech diameter is (your 1.150" requirement) but regardless of caliber, they should all be the same breech diameter so they fit into the frame. A quick trip to the LGS with dial calipers will tell you if they meet the 1.150" requirement.
The locking lug/hinge pivot block is perimeter TIG welded to the bottom of the barrel and could be removed.
Shotguns are also relatively low pressure compared to rifles, and the breech area on a T/C Encore barrel could be sleeved to get a diameter increase.

Shaw discontinued them years ago.

Shaw has them

FWIW, Shaw still has rifled shotgun barrel blanks shown on their website.

I would think if they were discontinued years ago, they would have pulled them off the site by now.

Look at the end of the "Custom Rifle Barrels" section, just before the "Barrel Options" section.
