RENE is a very cool newsletter with an associated guide that is an almost overwhelming resource to all things Ruger. Mine came out of the mailbox literally about 20 minutes ago. And I am an LDB, as well as being my forum name.

About 2-4 weeks. Sometimes faster, sometimes slower. It depends on where you are in the publication cycle and how busy David (the guy who runs it) is.
