Value Question Ruger SP101 32 H&R

I know where there is a very clean I assume it's been shot but it's pretty clean. 4" barrel, box and paperwork and spent case. Actually real good condition. I haven't seen one in a while and can't even find one on Gunbroker so I'm curious. I guess I should throw in, how difficult is it to ream the cylinder to 327 Fed?

I May be speaking out of school but why would you want too? Good defensive ammo is available for the .32 H&R. Ammo for the .327 is virtually non-existent and handloaded .32 H&R Ammo in any Ruger would all but duplicate the .327. With the rarity of the .32 H&R SPs you could be destroying any real value it has.

I gave $475 on Gunbroker for a 3" version in great shape this past summer. Excellent purchase and I would buy another in a heartbeat. Go buy it and shoot it before you decide to ream it out. I would wager that you can re-sell it without a problem if you don't like it.
