I've finally had some available time to list, and sell, (10) of my extras in the last couple of weeks on Gunbroker and plan to work through this list in the coming weeks. Keep an eye out for username Montanatroy auctions as all auctions will start with a penny and no reserve. I'm hoping to have at least another (10) of these listed below photographed and listed this coming Sunday evening.

I typed in "Montana Troy" on GB, but nothing comes up. Is this going to be the "search by seller" name?

Thanks Jay. I fixed it in the original post.

Yes, auctions go live at 7PM Eastern tonight. I have an issue with one of them that I am waiting on Gunbroker to either fix or it will have to be cancelled and started later.

Sounds like a nice lot of guns. Why don’t you list them for sale in the classifieds here ? Save all those gunbroker fees ….

I'm not sure what Troy does, but most GB sellers add the GB fees to the final price.
Plus, selling 10 guns here on the forum would take 8-10 weeks and he would need to sell them cheap.... Everyone here is looking for a deal.
This way he will get the market value of the lot and have his $$ in two weeks.

I used to but it was frowned upon due to my volume. It turns out its easier to just list 10 at a time on Gunbroker and so far, the amount that I put in my pocket after the Gunbroker fees and shipping tends to be really close to what I would have sold them for and they are gone quicker. Some go high and some go low, but the final tally has been within my range of hope and expectations.

I hav bought quite a bit off GB. Used to be a bargain before sales tax. But I have never had a Seller add GB fees at end of auction. Have never heard of that????

I have one of the guns from the group about 3 weeks ago. Very happy with it. Already outbid twice on one of this group. But I see one in the list yet to come I want more so that's ok.

I've never had a GB vendor add fees other than shipping.

I checked it to this........
There is a 1% fee GB charges on any invoice through GB checkout, WITH SALES TAX.
They charge this to offset their expense of forwarding said taxes to the respective states.

I'd think only GB can add fees. Any fees added are GB's sole decision. Sellers probably aren't afforded that option. But that's logic speaking not knowledge.
