Prices seem about right to me.
The 357 is a holy grail for many.
Only made 3 or 4 years I think.

I saved for about a year for the gun, dies, brass & a mould. Walked into the gun store in late 1984 & plunked down a deposit for a .41 so they would order one. I picked it up 3 months later on the day I turned 21. It was the very first handgun I ever bought myself, I still have it.
