Yes. Picked up a GPNY 2 months ago. Of course it is a 4" 38 special. I like it for its collectibility but not a revolver that I am crazy about otherwise.

I think that if none of the fellas on the Forum here never had interest in a bobbed 3" GP100, that pretty much tells me that I should just stick with the Speed or Service Six project.

I have seen some relatively inexpensive Model 1751's on Gunbroker
lately (used) and and thought it might be fun
to use one of them for a "project"- that is all.

I had the gun out at the range yesterday just as a "fun" gun, to spell me on some ammo testing I was doing on three other guns. It was a treat to shoot the Speed Six with .38 +Ps.
